The project is implemented by the Municipality of Carbonia with the operational support of Focus Europe ETS, a third-sector organization responsible for coordinating and managing the project activities.
3. Types of data processed
The App does not require user registration or the creation of personal accounts.
The data processed consists exclusively of browsing data and technical data, such as:
- IP address;
- type of device and operating system;
- App usage data;
- anonymous data for statistical purposes.
No sensitive data or personal data voluntarily provided by users through forms or registration procedures is processed.
4. Purposes of processing
Data is processed exclusively to:
- enable proper use of the App’s digital content;
- ensure the platform’s technical operation and security;
- improve the quality and accessibility of information content.
5. Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for processing is the performance of a task carried out in the public interest and the legitimate use of digital tools for information and cultural purposes.
6. Methods of processing
Data is processed using IT and electronic tools, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency and data minimization.
7. Data retention
Browsing data is retained for the time strictly necessary for the purposes stated above and, in all cases, in compliance with applicable legislation.
8. Data subject rights
Users may exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, including:
- access to data;
- rectification or erasure;
- restriction of processing.
